NO OVERNIGHT SUCCESS!!

Last week with SFI, I was powering ahead and made it to team leader. I was pretty pleased with my efforts. However this week seems to have hit some speed humps.

Firstly, we are told that the way to make money is to sell on Tripleclick... either our own stuff or other people's stuff. Well it turns out that the things I wanted to sell I can't as an individual member. I wanted to sell digital download stuff, but I find out today that that is only available if you are a business. And I am not that interested in shipping lots of small items.

So I rule out selling my stuff for now. That leaves to selling other people's stuff as an affiliate.

However, there is one problem. There is not a lot that appeals to me to want to buy, so that means not a lot I want to advertise.

Then I read today in the training material...

OVERNIGHT SUCCESS... NOT!!

Today we're going to talk about having big goals...but REALISTIC goals. SFI holds tremendous potential for those who will apply themselves, but it's not going to happen overnight or without work.

Si then it is more an endurance race rather than a fast sprink. Slow and steady wins then race. You can do it

BOTTOM LINE: We reap what we sow, but the harvest is never in the same season as the planting! Today you are planting...and will be at least for the next several months. Your harvest will come in time. Be persistent. Be patient. Work the Web using our proven SFI system. Think long term. Take action every day, (no matter how small) to build your business. And always remember, THE ONLY WAY TO FAIL IS TO QUIT.

SELL YOUR STUFF ONLINE - NO HUGE FEES!!

AT LAST...
... a quick, simple, and easy way to sell the stuff you no longer need for cash (or great products). And, unlike Ebay and many others, there are no huge fees to pay.

In fact, each listing can cost as little as 29c or at the most $2, and that is all. And something else... you can keep it listed for as long as you like.
  • Why not have your own online garage sale to clean out your closets... or
  • why not have others join you in a joint venture to raise funds for your favourite cause?
So, your big question... YEAH!! WHAT IS THIS SITE AND WHERE DO I FIND IT?

Well the site is called TRIPLECLICK - GO HERE and check it out ...see for yourself how it compares to other online market places.  Then if you like it, sign up for FREE.

Here's how easy Tripleclicks works:

  1. Register FREE as a TripleClicks Member (if you haven't already).
  2. Purchase some TripleClicks credits (for as little as 29 cents each - and no more than $2) to use whenever you want.
  3. List your items (each listing costs you just one credit). You can use up to 700 words and up to three photos for each item and we'll continue to run your listing for as long as you'd like.
  4. Each time someone buys one of your items, we'll notify you with an e-mail so you can ship the item to the buyer.
  5. Once delivery is confirmed, you get paid! It's that easy!
I hope you like it as much as I do.  Look forward to seeing you there.

Blessings!!

Jeanette

What is Affiliate Marketing?

Btw, you don't need a website. You can share links on Facebook. This video was made back in 2008 before Facebook became so popular.

However, if you want a FREE website to use for affiliate marketing, you can set up a Blogger blog. I started one today to test it out. - http://eseeds2sow.blogspot.com/

But, you may say, why not use your wordpress.com blog? Well Wordpress.com don't allow Affiliate marketing on their blogs. Wordpress.org do, but that is not free. However if you are making money, that would not matter... just part of business. But if you are only starting and you have no money to start with, Blogger is a good start.

And then on my Wordpress.com blog, I have added a tab to the menu - STUFF2SELL, which takes you to the Blogger blog. http://eseeds2sow.wordpress.com/

But then you may ask, why not have all your blogs on Blogger? Well, Wordpress are renown for being popular with the search engines. That means you can get more traffic to a Wordpress blog than you can a Blogger blog. So hence the two blogs... working together.

SOPS - SELLING OTHER PEOPLE'S STUFF

One method of making money online is through AFFILIATE MARKETING. You may have heard of it and wondered what it is. But basically it is about SELLING OTHER PEOPLE'S STUFF, and you get a commission for doing so.

Most sites that sell something will have an affilliate program, eg., Amazon, EBay, Clickbank. Just look down the bottom of any marketing site and you may find an AFFILIATE link. This is the way a lot of people make money online... and you will notice by the ads they have on their sites.

Anyhow, I tell you this so I can tell you about something else I found. Well, thanks to Stuart for putting me onto it. It is a marketing site that offers a very good affiliate program. Their MARKETPLACE is called TRIPLECLICK and the AFFILIATE site is called SFI.

I joined up last weekend under Stuart, and have made it to a TEAM LEADER. I am very impressed by what I have found and the potential there to make a subsantial residual income, meaning an income that keeps coming in after you have done the work. It is not a GET-RICH-QUICK scheme. It does require that you work for it, but the work is not that hard, and the rewards are good for anyone who wants to apply themselves to it.

I will be sharing more about this over the next couple of days. If you want to check this out for yourself, go to http://www.squidoo.com/sfiopportunities.

If you'd like to sign up and are ready to get going strait away:

http://www.tripleclicks.com/11351663 (for just TRIPLECLICK - much like Ebay)
or http://www.sfi4.com/11351663/FREE (for both SFI AFFLICIATE CENTRE and TRIPLECLICK).

Btw, I really like Tripleclick for buying and selling. It is like Ebay, but without the high fees. To list an item costs as little as 29c, and $2 at the most, and you can keep it there for as long as you like. It is also available worldwide.

Anyhow, more about that later.....
